The Weight of a Streak

Why is it a good idea to build (and keep track of) a streak?

It's for the days when you don't feel like doing the work. Every hash mark in your streak is like a pound weight on one side of a scale. Get up to a couple hundred pounds, and even on the toughest day, "I don't want to" won't have enough weight to tip the scale.

And another thing - as the streak gets longer, you can begin to take on tougher projects - things that on Day One might have seemed too challenging.

With the weight of the streak on your side, you can lift more.
